Art Print Policies
Exchange & Return Policy All Art and Photography Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". We do not allow exchanges for the print.
Cancellation Policy All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
Sale on Art and Photography Prints All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available. Unframed artwork and photography is currently only available in the domestic U.S.
Shipping and Processing Policies
Print Order Processing Time This refers to the time it takes for us to receive you order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically fall in the range of 7-10 business days, depending on how busy we are. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. All "original artwork" will be sent USPS Priority or an equivalent service and insured.
Incorrect Shipping Information The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.
Ownership of the Artwork
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit (Jayne Alfieri). Artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
